Alicia - Orthodontic Assistant
Alicia was born and raised in Arkansas. She moved to Springfield, MO to pursue her passion for dentistry. She graduated Dental Assisting School in 2009, through the U.S Army where she met her husband. Married for 3 years Alicia and her husband Blair have a 2 year old son, Brennan. Alicia and her family moved to Tallahassee shortly after her husband was discharged from the Army in 2009 and she began working for Dr. Burch in October of that year. Alicia enjoys traveling as much as possible, fishing, and spending time with her wonderful family.

Amanda - Orthodontic Assistant
Amanda was born and raised in Tallahassee, FL. She is a die hard Seminole fan and was a member of Florida State Marching Chiefs from 2003-2005. Amanda graduated from Dental Assisting School in 2009 and has been a member of Dr. Burch’s team since April of this year. She is the proud momma of a 3 year old yellow lab named Dixie and is expecting a child of her own in November.

Beth – Financial and Scheduling Coordinator
Beth was born and raised in South Florida. She graduated from the University of Florida in May 2006 with a degree in marketing. In January 2007, she moved to Tallahassee to live near her brother. She began working for Dr. Burch in March 2008, and she handles all financial and scheduling questions. Beth enjoys playing basketball, watching college football and playing with her dog, Tebow.

Gail has been in the dental field since 1978. She is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant in both Georgia and Florida. She has been in orthodontics since January 1982.

Kelly – Registered Dental Hygienist & Scheduling Coordinator
Kelly was born in Charleston, SC and shortly after began moving with her Air Force family. She lived in Germany and New Mexico before landing in South Georgia when she was only 8 years old. She graduated from Valdosta State University in 2003 with her dental hygiene degree. After college she married the love of her life, Steven, on September 20, 2008. Kelly started with Dr. Burch on April 5, 2010 and loves to rearrange and organize things so no one can find it! Kelly enjoys all aspects of the great outdoors! She is also a college football fan, ROLL TIDE!

Kim/“Kimmy” – Dental Hygienist & Orthodontic Assistant
Kim was born and raised in Tallahassee, FL. She graduated from TCC with her dental hygiene degree as well as her dental assisting certification. She has always wanted to work in the dental field since she was a kid. Kim is very energetic and brings enthusiasm to her co-workers. Kim is not just an employee, she is also a patient. This allows her to have first hand knowledge about braces & can help relate to patients during treatment. During her spare time, she loves to go salt water fishing, playing with her German Shepherd Lola, and spending time with her family.

Stephanie – Treatment Coordinator and Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Stephanie has been working in the dental field for 24 years. She began as a dental assistant in her home town of Dalton, Georgia in general dentistry and continued her education in cosmetic dentistry when she and her family moved to Tallahassee in 2001. She serves as Dr. Burch’s treatment coordinator as well as orthodontic assistant and support for the front desk. Married for 23 years, she and her husband, Kelly, have three beautiful children: Lauren,19, Carter, 15 and Mackenzie Grace,13. Stephanie spends what little free time she has cheering for her children at their sporting events and wrangling her menagerie of pets which include: two dogs, three cats, ten Japanese koi and random dust bunnies.

Ximena – Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Ximena was born in Lima, Peru. She has been married for 10 years and has two lovely children. Camila is 8 years old, and Santiago is 4. They moved to Tallahassee in 2003. Ximena started her dental career in 1996 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dentistry from USMP in Peru. She is also a Certified Orthodontic Assistant, and she enjoys her job like no one else! Ximena started working for Dr. Burch in February 2007, and she considers her co-workers as part of her family. Her hobbies are cooking and playing volleyball. She helps the Dr. Burch team with their Spanish, and little by little, they are all becoming bi-lingual!
